As the lockdown restrictions continue to ease and as Society and businesses reopen, it is critical that all businesses ensure the effective implementation of the Return to Work Safely Protocols and implement practical HR measures.
 
Join HR, Employment Law and Health and Safety experts as they discuss practical considerations, answer key questions and provide guidance for businesses on what they need to do and what they should consider in this area.

Speaker Bio:
 


Derek McKay, BBS, Chartered MCIPD, is an experienced HR and Employment Law practitioner who has worked extensively in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors.
Derek’s role involves overseeing the HR and Employment Law support services provided to clients across a wide range of sectors by the team of consultants within Adare Human Resource Management.
Derek is currently a member of the CIPD National Committee and a member of Workplace and Skills Taskforce with Chambers Ireland.
